Gift Cards are denominated in U.S. dollars and are issued by 91Ƶ&D through a third-party, non-affiliated vendor, WooCommerce. Your purchase and use of the Gift Cards constitute your agreement to these Terms.

Gift Cards are redeemable online at CCE’s site, at /creative-exploration/, ONLY FOR CCE NON-DEGREE COURSES. Gift Cards may not be used for degree courses, application fees, housing deposits, 91Ƶ&D merchandise, donations, library fines, business office fines, or any other payment on a 91Ƶ&D account or expense. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with them. Gift cards are non-refundable. 
These Terms shall be interpreted according to applicable federal laws and laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Venue for any action related to the Gift Cards or these Terms shall be in a state or federal court serving Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

91Ƶ&D reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time, and 91Ƶ&D will post revised Terms at CCE’s site, at /creative-exploration/. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
